A new 4000 sq' home with large fenced private yard with pool. Spectacular master bedroom, adjacent sitting room, large screen tv over fireplace, huge bath with bath tub and oversized shower & adjacent outdoor shower. Upstairs 2 guest bedrooms one with ensuite bath, second bedroom bath shares with the game room with pool table, TV and murphy bed if needed. The house is in walking distance to a nature park for fishing and exploring. Located in the center of the Texas Wine County there are an abundance of opportunities for tours in Comfort, Fredericksburg and Sisterdale to please any wine connoisseur. If antiquing is your sport, look no further. Boerne Lake is a wonderful place to picnic, to swim and paddle boat. For those that want a river rafting experience there are guided companies or you can due it yourself from many entry points to the river.

Great home

Enjoyable long weekend
We stayed with friends (8 total) and had a great time. Kids loved the game room and it provided entertainment for hours. The pool was lovely and clean and enjoyable as well. Highway noise is present but was not a terrible distraction. Plus the master included a white noise machine which was nice. Enjoyable stay for all.

Third time staying here and we couldn’t ask for anything more! Clean, roomy and Judy was so helpful with accommodating our every need. Hopefully we can stay here every Christmas! Would be great for a family in the summer with the pool, fire pit and garage full of games!!

This property was everything and more for our family. Beautiful pool, games too numerous to mention, spa like master bedroom, completely fenced in property with gated entrance and an easy ten minute drive into downtown Boerne. It definitely will not disappoint.

We were in town for a wedding and opted to rent a house instead of staying in a hotel ... house as described .... we had my older mother in law staying and there are a few steps here in there in the house (in case anyone takes someone with a wheelchair/walker).... def will stay here again

Wonderful place!
This house was perfect for our group of 10. We were there to celebrate Christmas and my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty to do in the house for the kids and in the area. Far enough away from the city so you can really see the stars. My father has mobility issues so note there are a couple of steps to get from the master suite to the kitchen/den area. Wonderful stay.

Gateway seclusion
Nice, clean, secluded property. The games were awesome and the pool was relaxing. The swing outside was perfect for my 3 year old. We liked how the house was gated and close to the park. If had a downside, the traffic noise from interstate 10 was little loud. Nice place,would stay again.
