"This property was a fantastic base to explore Comillas and the surrounding areas of Cantabria. You can be on the beach or in the centre of town in 5 minutes. The property itself has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. The garden has a good outside eating area and a lovely view of the sea and port. Our children (12 & 9) loved the swimming pool and the underground car parking was a brilliant facility. The owner has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay. Thank you...

"Comfortable and spacious for two of us (over 50s). 10 minute walk from Gaudi’s “El Capricho” - a must visit. Handy for large, clean, sandy beach - 20 minutes walk. Overlooks popular square with many cafes but can be made quiet. Recently finished and well equipped. Nice outdoor terrace with comfortable garden furniture. Helpful and welcoming hosts."

"4 adults stayed here for 7 nights and what a great location in a fantastic town. The house is minutes walk to the best of everything in Comillas. The house itself is comfortable and well equipped and we would certainly stay again. The wifi didn’t work when we got there but Gregorio sorted it out muy pronto. There is a supermarket close by and the bars and restaurants are a minutes walk away. No problems with parking. Muchas Gracias Gregorio."
