Located in Comiso 3 km from the airport, immersed in the UNESCO-listed countryside of Ragusa, Villa Zoe is an ideal base for exploring south-eastern Sicily: Ragusa Ibla and its baroque, Scicli, Modica, Noto, Syracuse and the characteristic villages of fishermen from Punta Secca (known for the television series "Commissioner Montalbano), Donnalucata, Portopalo, Marzamemi and Marina di Ragusa (known for the renowned tourist port).

The property consists of a single housing unit which is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with ornamental fireplace, sofa bed and flat screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer.
There is also a terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
