"Simply stated: this property is very peaceful in a beautiful setting. We had the 3 bedroom palapa room, which was nice. We had 3 kids, 10,11,13 yrs. The blinds were in need of replacement, the palapa was in need of daily cleaning, but overall the room was comfortable & had what you needed. Bring boxed food, it helps. You can order groceries and have them brought to you at the resort. There’s a small store on site. Restaurant is good, but limited and does not change daily. The pools are nice,...

"The hotel is new so it’s in excellent condition, the rooms are finished to a very high spec and very tastefully done. The hotel has a very luxurious feel to it. Definitely a hotel for having a chill time. I thought the pool location was odd to begin with but actually ended up using it a bit. Only slight annoyance was inability to get food or drinks after 17:00. "
