"This hotel is really well located in the centre, so it's easily walkable to everything you need and lots of major attractions, restaurants, food markets etc. The staff are the best aspect of the hotel, both in reception and in the dining areas. "The hotel is located in the absolute best location! The room was very comfortable but there is no cleaning service (new towels) unless you ask in advance. There is also no shampoo and conditioner; just the body wash, and no body lotion. This seems to be the new normal in Italian hotels unless they are 5 star. Not really an issue though because there is a Coop store directly next door. We would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great."
