Might not be the most modern rooms but absolutely loved the flair. Real italien rooms and we had a stunning view outside our room into the corridors of the streets. Loved the are aswell with it being directly in the historical city centre! Just be aware that it has a lot of steps incase you are traveling with a heavy suitcase!

Everything was perfect about this property. The only down side was a sewer stench coming from the bathroom; however all of the other qualities made it tolerable. The steps were no problem unless maybe you are older or injured. Marco was sweet but did better answering calls rather than texts. The room had a cozy vibe and the bed was so nice, like sleeping on grandma’s sheets. The wood ceiling in our room was beautiful. We could walk easily to everything. The price was a great value.

Lovely little apartment
So glad we did not listen to the reviews!. The location was excellent. Lovely restaurants nearby. Lake is 10 minute walk with plenty of shops etc on the way. Marco accomodated us when we had a 3 hr flight delay. Check in was easy. Lovely little apartment and great value for money. Yes there is room for improvement and breakfast is not included but if you did want one Marco would see to it. It is definitely not as bad as some reviews say! Oh and there are 65 steps to the apartment we had! 😆

It is a B&B, however no breakfast is served!!! Drop of rains were falling on the bed throughout the night. Considering the price for 1 night (113 euro), the conditions, including cleanness, was quite low. Overall, it is an old and badly furnished accomodation that I would nor recommend to others

Its Pretty Good not Great
A great location right in the village of Como. The room was spacious and beautiful. Cleanliness was ok but a bit questionable. Bed was clean and comfortable despite a broader lack of cleanliness. Bottled water was always provided which was quite nice. Walls where quite thin you could easily hear your neighbors. Overall a quality place for a weekend stay.

Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though.

4th floor without elevator. Parking is 10 minutes away and costs 35 dollars per day. Area is Zona traffico limitato, i.e. you cannot come close to appartment with your car, uber or taxi. Breakfast is not included and has not been since COVID era. Air conditioning not working with 86-90 degree heat in June, so imagine July or August. Poor service and communication with customer. Noise start at restaurant below before dawn and is loud enough to wake you up. Sheets and bathroom were clean. Close to all sites downtown Como, but that's not enough to make up for all the negatives unless you are 20 and want to party all night... Would not recommend even for my enemy!

As Bed & Breakfast you also expect Breakfast, however this was not included. We were send to the bars downstairs. Also the airo did not work, while it was over 30 degrees Celcius. The willingness to fix this was not there. Location was perfect, the service was not unfortunately.

Oh My God ! What a B&B !
I was waiting for 1 hour to get my room key. But the host has gone to milan(more than 1hour by car). So I have to make a int'l phone call to get my room key. After 1.5hours of effort I got my room key. This B&B is located 5th floor & and our room door was out of order so we cannot lock our room door. Further more room TV is located more than 2m high. The host never say "I am sorry !"

This property was adequate. It had enough space and beds for my family of 4. However, the area was very noisy, both in the morning and evening. The air conditioner was not programmable, the wifi dropped constantly, and we had to call the owner for the code. I would recommend leaving that information in the room. Information about getting in was not readily available. Also, this property should not call itself a "bed and breakfast" because there was no breakfast available!

Do not stay here!
Believe the other reviews! Do not stay here!! The air conditioning doesn’t work. This unit is in an attic so it’s stifling hot! We turned the air on which should have been turned on when we made the reservation that evening. The reviews each say consecutively that the air doesn’t work. We gave it a try thinking maybe they fixed it. NO! We called the owner he pretended I was crazy and that it has been working. I am VERY familiar with this model it wasn’t working. He said wait 30 minutes if it doesn’t cool down to call back. We waited almost an hour. We called back no answer. Hotels.com tried to call no answer to them either. We got no sleep! If the weather is cool out like 60 you are fine. Otherwise stay away.

Unfortunately, the host wasn't there to check us in. There was no note or anyone else to advice us what to do. We had to call Orbitz who was willing to relocate us till the host showed up. The location was great, but the apt was very cold. Heating is not turned on till mid Oct, which is fine, but a space heater would have been good. We asked and received extra covers, which were great.

Die Lage war super, und es war möglich, sehr kurzfristig zu buchen, und wir durften sogar ein wenig das Studio beziehen, um unser Gepäck abzustellen. Herzlichen Dank nochmals dafür! Das Studio war in Wirklichkeit viel schöner als auf den Bildern! Es ist ein wenig ringhörig, aber die anderen Gäste waren sehr rücksichtsvoll, so dass man nicht viel hörte. Da das B&B mitten in der Altstadt liegt, kann es Lärm von naheliegenden Restaurants geben, aber meine Tochter war bereits am Schlafen, und mich störte es nicht. In der Nähe hat es ein sehr sympathisches Café mit - für Como - günstigen Preisen. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Como kommen, kehren wir gerne an diesen Ort zurück!
