The house sits in front of the majestic Magdalena Bay, making this house unique in the area.

THE SPACE
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private full bathroom, and an air conditioner. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a twin bed, and an air conditioner. The third bedroom has a full-size bed, a twin bed, and an air conditioner.
On the second floor, there is 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed, a private full bathroom, and an air conditioner.
The house also has Wi-Fi Internet, 2 smart TV, 2 fully stocked kitchen (1st & 2nd floor), microwave, freezer, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, dining table, couch, washing machine, dryer, water heater, space heaters in each bedroom, charcoal and gas grill, firepit (upstairs), and a patio furniture set facing to the bay to enjoy the sunset and plenty of space to gather and entertain.
There is parking space for up to 3 regular-size vehicles inside the property (around 7 meters W x 10 meters L).
