"My biggest issue was the cold shower at 10pm...one of the staff blamed it on the water heater. The interior of the B&B was not heated (in November). Most of the staff were far from friendly. The 8 euro breakfast consisted of something like banana bread and instant cappuccino out of a machine. "

"Everyone at the Ascot was very friendly and helpful. There is one staff member who speaks perfect English and another who speaks French very well.
