"We booked this property because of its layout and decor, and also it’s proximity to the Harbour, Signal Hill trails, and downtown St. John’s. Our expectations were met a thousand times over! The layout and decoration of the house was so appropriate for our family. Everyone had a space to do their thing, all the beds were really comfortable, the facilities were shiny and new, exactly as advertised. "We thought it was a lot of house for the money. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to navigate. House was quirky but we enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed hiking on the nearby trail. Also recommend the cable museum,,and a visit to Brigus. One should also know that Bay Roberts has all the stores etc,,but no downtown section and there is a fairly busy road in front of the house."

"Great place. Walking distance to all the downtown stores, pubs, and entertainment. We even walked to Signal Hill and Quidi Vidi. Highly recommend. Host was helpful and friendly. Stocked with key items. Washer and dryer was a real plus."
