"This place worked perfect for us. We started coming in Thursday night and by Friday morning All four of us had arrived. We played golf on Friday. Had some friends join us for a pizza party Friday night, and went to South Carolina football game on Saturday. Oxana was terrific to communicate with before during and after our stay. "This very clean house is located on a very quiet residential street. There is a patio with BBQ, although no view. The location is perfect to get any groceries, restaurant or service you may want. The house looks as though it was recently renovated with a modern kitchen and two lovely bathrooms. The living room and dining room are huge and can easily accommodate 6. "We stayed here with our 6 grown and 1 teen children and went to a concert at the Spectrum Center. This property couldn’t have been more perfect! Beautiful. Clean, super comfortable. Lots of extras. And unlike many properties minimal requests before you leave. It could not have been more perfect!"

"I can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful lake home! It was absolutely stunning, and I’ve never been to a rental property that had literally every single thing we could have needed! Communication with the owner was top notch, check-in was a breeze, and the only problem was that we only had two full days to spend there!! If only we could have taken off work and school to enjoy these wonderful accommodations for a few more days! We will definitely be back! "

"This property was just what we were looking for and expected. It was clean and comfortable. I would consider it more of a "house" than a "home" as there is nothing hanging on the walls and for the most part just a bed in the bedrooms. However, we didn't need all that "warm feeling" stuff. The kitchen is very well equipped, so if you're planning on preparing meals at this property you won't be disappointed. Lots of dishes, cups, pots, pans, bowls, and glasses. "We enjoyed our weekend girls trip at the lake house. It was very clean and accommodating. The view was great and the beds were comfy! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for cooking. I would recommend this place for sure! "

"The backyard is amazing. Gorgeous patio with lights, seating, and a hot tub. The beds were super comfortable. The front entrance stairs inside were anxiety inducing for me because there was no rail on the side that drops into the living room, but other than that we had an amazing stay "

"Home was spacious and very clean. Location could not be beat if you want to be near uptown but not actually be in uptown. Went to an event at the Bank of America stadium and was able to walk. Wife and I had a great time. "

"This is an adorable townhouse and the Loso area. It was within walking distance of old Mecklenburg brewery. And just a few blocks from the Scalybark light rail station. The townhouse was clean and spacious. It does require a great deal of stairclimbing, but as long as that doesn't bother, you, the townhouse is perfect. "

"Great stay at this property! Manager was wonderful to work with and accomodated an early check in so that we could get to what we wanted to visit on time our first day there. Would 100 percent stay here again next time we are visiting Charlotte with a group."
