Aircon didn't seem to be very effective and it was a warm night which did cool down by the morning. Had a nice dip in the pool in the evening and it's nice that the pool has late access. "Lovely new clean hotel. It’s an older persons living facility but that is no issue. The area is still being built but there was no noise from construction. The car park is unfinished but again not an issue. The breakfast was cheap and good. It’s a little out of the main areas but 20mins walk from the beach or @10mins walk to nice restaurants. "

"This property is the worst we have ever stayed in. It was filthy, the dishes in the kitchen were cracked and dirty. The stairs to the bedrooms are a ladder and my Mum couldn’t get up and down them. The boiler didn’t work properly and actually broke on the last day leaving us no hot water. There was a smashed window in my daughters bedroom which I told the owner about and he didn’t even respond. This place is not fit to be rented."

"We are enjoyed our stay very much. The flat is ideal for 2 people and had everything we needed as well as being in a superb location. It is worth climbing the 38 steps for the great views of the beach! We found the bed very comfortable and there was no problem with the mattress. The only inaccuracy in the online description was stating that there was a hot tub (we certainly didn't expect one in this type of property.)."

We had an issue with the power the first night, but a friendly neighbour sorted it out in the morning.
