"The house is beautiful and well maintained. Glenda is very nice and made us feel welcome right away. The breakfast was delicious and was adjusted to our dietary needs. There was excellent coffee and tea. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed with quality linens and toiletries. Our only two comments for improvement is that the shower curtain liner needed to be cleaner and that the fireplace used sterno cans instead of gas. "

"Spensers place was a great private hideaway, clean well equipped rustic cabin with plenty of room for 5 adults and our dog. We enjoyed the local trails and the convenient location to Dansville and Letchworth park. Kitchen was great for cooking our egg sandwiches each morning. "

"My friend and I were doing a photography shoot at Letchworth Park. This is a close hotel and allowed us to come after dark and leave before sunrise. It was nice a quiet. The hotel is located behind a church and the driveway was hard to locate. No big sign. I ended up driving a round the block before locating it. I liked that it had two chairs so we could both sit. There are plenty of plugs so we could charge our phones and the batteries for the cameras. We had problems with the hotel charging station with getting our plugs to go in the socket. You have to giggle your plug. A little frustrated with that. Room was very clean. The room is unlocked with the key in it when you come and you leave it that way. I felt safe in the neighborhood. I would differently stay here again."

"Just a quick overnight, but was a comfortable stay. Beautiful B+B and grounds. Had a little bit of road noise and the circle staircase was a bit scary at our ages, but neither were a reason to not return. "
