"This is a beautiful recently renovated property. The staff is excellent across the board. Very friendly and professional. My only issue is that a comment that was made to us (twice) that was snarky was with regards to "booking through a 3rd party" and made us feel like we were low budget when we actually paid the same rate that they listed on their website. We booked through Expedia to be efficient - not to save money."

"Really can’t find anything negative to say about the Opal Grand. I had booked a pool view room and when we arrived we were upgraded to oceanfront which was really lovely. Great location walkable to many nice restaurants and beach right across the street. Absolutely incredible service, I can’t recall a friendlier and more accommodating staff. We would most definitely stay here again if we go back to Delray which is a beautiful extremely clean town. "

"Beautiful lobby and facilities. Staff at the front desk/check in and the pool staff were more than accomodating and friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are nicely decorated and modern but small. Love the location - Pineapple Grove is a trendy neighborhood with lots of great shops and restaurants and good location to walk all around downtown Delray Beach. It's about a mile walk to the beach but they provide a shuttle and vouchers to get chairs at the beach. Valet parking is expensive at the hotel but we were often able to find parking on the street. Room came with a balcony which was nice but view was just of the street and townhouses next door so nothing to look at."

Remodeled downtown Delray Beach HOT TUB, 5 minutes to the beach!

Close to everything on Atlantic. Clean spacious house.

"We had a great stay for 2 nights. Very close to everything you want to do on Atlantic Ave. We walked everywhere. The house is very spacious with a cute cottage. Plenty of towels. We played some of the boardgames and the snacks, water & coffee where such a treat. The hot tub was clean. Only thing we didn't like was the bright bright lights. 10k lumen. I would definitely book again. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully updated house. The property is stunning, with a modern and well-equipped kitchen that made meal prep a joy. The attention to detail in the design is remarkable, with elegant bathrooms and very good quality beds that provided such a comfortable night’s sleep. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, creating a cozy atmosphere. In addition, the host is a five star; excellent communication, kind and always ready to help. We recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect getaway."

"It was great. The pictures are spot on to the views as I first walked in. My highlight was the tiki hut. Something about it made me smile. If you want to get away or stay in Delray it’s awesome, not far from downtown Atlantic Avenue which is an excellent place to visit. I will be coming back to relax. Would be great for a family"

Large Five Bedroom Home near Downtown and Beach

Delray Stay

"The house itself was adorable and well maintained(on the inside). It was perfect for our family of 9. It has five bedrooms which meant that the little ones could be put to sleep in their own rooms while the adults could stay up and enjoy the evening. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend stay which was awesome! The proximity of the house to the Main Street in Delray as well to conveniences like grocery stores and retail shopping was amazing. The reason why I gave 4 stars on the location was because of the neighborhood itself. It was perfectly safe but some of the houses in the neighborhood are a bit trashy, meaning the yards and houses are not kept well. Other than that, it was an awesome stay! I hope the next family enjoys it as much as we did!"

Cozy 2 BR located 5 mins from the beautiful Delray Beach downtown & nightlife

"We booked a stay on the evening before arrival, showing availability on Expedia. The reservation was made, and I received a confirmation through Expedia, however, the property manager never contacted me. I was supposed to receive communication through Vrbo. That communication did not happen. I called and left a voicemail with the property manager. This person did not respond. I then texted the property manager several hours later and that is when this person told me they had already sent and a cancellation due to severe weather in their area. That is understandable however the communication did not work between the two platforms. Also, I would’ve expected the property manager to have responded to my voicemail several hours before responding to the text I initiated. "
