"I love that it’s got its old charm. The staffs at the front desk and restaurant are all super friendly. I love the hotel’s location across Eyre Square where the Christmas Market is located. Very convenient also to all transportation."

"Very nice spacious room. Restaurant food was really good with a veried menu. Very large portions. All the staff my daughter and I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Great location with a carpark. Highly recommend this hotel. Have stayed here previously and will definitely stay here again."

"The rooms were spacious and comfortable and serviced daily. Breakfast had a good selection and the bar was great fun at night. The location was perfect- a short walk to everything but a little off the beaten path so not too noisy at night. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful experience!"

"Check in was flawless, welcomed by the floor staff, receptionist, and given a lovely welcome drink, truly enjoyed. Asked for a late check in and the receptionist was so accommodating and just lovely to us. Called then to get breakfast in bed for 11am and it was delivered bang on time and lovely and hot. Top marks!!"
