"We had an amazing weekend. Our 3 boys loved the creek in the back and we had a nice campfire and cooked smores! The cabin had everything we needed to make it a comfortable weekend. We enjoyed Lake James and hiking! The kids are already asking to go back!"

"This cabin was absolutely incredible! We loved all of the space the cabin had to offer! Plenty of seating options indoor and out. The "egg chairs" were so relaxing and comfortable - they were definitely a favorite coffee/book location. "Our family needed to travel to NC to see our great-grandmother who is in failing health. The property provided a nice place to stay all together. The drive up the mountain was LONG but it was a very nice property and a nice mini vacation for us while we were visiting. "

"This place is awesome. We loved the house. The kitchen had everything we needed for my Mom's 90th birthday. The bedrooms were comfortable for everyone. Great game room too. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"We would stay at the property again. Here are suggestions that would make our stay even better: The water filter in the fridge needs to be replaced. There need to be hand towels in the bathrooms. A microwave should be part of the kitchen appliances. The pillows in the master bedroom were too hard and made my next stiff. An extra pillow and an extra quilt would have been appreciated. There need to be more wash cloths. We had two wash clothes for five people. Availability of firewood for the fire...
