"Our railway carriage was set in a secluded part of a two acre setting, bordered by a wood and well tended gardens. The carriage itself provided the double bedroom and compact but well appointed kitchen, with an extension providing a spacious lounge, storage and bathroom. It was perfect for the two of us with a short walk to a lovely pub/restaurant and as a base to explore the beautiful surroundings. The owners were helpful and friendly."

"A fantastically quiet property tucked away down narrow Cornish lanes. Spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen, our stay could not have been more comfortable. Spacious living area allowed both of us to spread out, whether it was a lazy morning with a book, or an evening with a film on the TV. Communications with the owner could not have been quicker or more helpful. Our only regret? no space to rebook for next year 😕"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The property has everything you could need for a lovely stay by the sea, with the most comfortable lounger ever! We happily spent hours just laying on the lounger looking out at the sea. There were lots of lovely welcoming touches such as bread and milk left, a cream tea and fresh flowers, which made us feel especially welcome. It was a bonus to have an outside area and table and chairs. We can't wait to book again!"

"An extremely comfortable and well equipped apartment. Thÿs and Diana were very welcoming and informative about the local area and provided a generous welcome pack of refreshments after the long drive to Falmouth. Hugely appreciated. Buzzard's Rest was peaceful but also conveniently close to the town centre and Falmouth's beaches, either by car or by foot (15 minute walk). Hope to visit again."

"The Cliff House is an exceptional house particularly for us as a family with a very special event in Newquay to attend we all wanted to be together , the location is stunning , beautifully laid out and furnished , the host could not do enough for us pool and hot tub much used during our stay . I appreciated the location; on the outskirts of the centre, so you're close to everything but not sureounded by tourists all the time. The cottage is small, but enough space for the three of us and lovely to have some outside space to use. We dound the knives in the kitchen very blunt, which did make cooking a bit difficult, but that was our only minor complaint. Lisa was on hand with support when needed, which was...
