The staff was courteous and respectful. However, the room was terrible. There was a soap bar left in the tub, among mold. There was a towel left hanging from the previous tenants. It smelled like stale cigarettes. Above all else, the floor and trim looked as if it had not been cleaned well in months.

We checked in the 3 of June no problems our room 231 the toilet chain was broken ( which was fixed the next day) and the smoke detector was covered in plastic wrap. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet all 5 nights. The next day we looked out to check the pool and it was completely green unusable which was disappointing as it is Texas and we were hoping to cool of at the end the each day.

This was for my son while he attended a concert. He couldn't say enough good about this hotel. Convenient. Friendly staff. Helpful staff. Comfy clean room. He'll be staying here again, as will I, if they have the concert next year!
