Americans in warm water

Enjoyed it. Staff was very accommodating. Best to have a car to get to it, but you can arrange ahead of time for a taxi to pick you up from the traIn station (30 minutes from Salerno).

Check in horrible, Sent us to room with 30 degrees celcius. We complained. They moved us to room with air conditioning. Room 3 star type. But thermal baths very excellent. Breakfast average.

What a waste of a hotel

This hotel is a joke. We get there and they give us the wrong room. The air conditioner doesnt work, and it was 95 degrees. No pne answes the reception room and the rooms smell like mildew. The tv doesnt work. Horrible experience would never recommend. They should close the hotel down

We picked this particular hotel because it was near family and we’ve stayed here before. Nice hotel and breakfast was plentiful. We specifically didn’t stay with family because they don’t have air conditioning but might have well have. This hotel controls the air conditioning with very little control on our end. No matter how many times we addressed the issue that our room was too hot it went on deaf ears. Staff seemed unsympathetic. 4 years ago it was the same issue and my husband had to get really angry to get the situation rectified. This is the last time we’ll stay here. For a hotel that promotes wellness they should consider a good nights sleep just as important as their spa services.

Personale affabile, in modo particolare gli addetti (tutti) alla reception e le signore addette ai piani! Un plauso al personale addetto al giardinaggio e alla sicurezza in piscina. Cortesia e gentilezza anche da parte del personale di sala. Tutto al top. Non avendo pranzato o cenato non posso esprimere pareri sulla "cucina", che cmq. penso sia all'altezza degli altri settori.
