The property was nice and the staff I interacted with were very kind and welcoming. Good people. However, there were little things wrong with the room. The coffee carafe was missing (the machine was there, just not the glass carafe). The closet area was very small, adequate for what we needed this trip, but would not work for a longer stay. The fridge barely kept things cold. But as I said, the front desk in particular were very kind.

No hand soap in bathrooms instead plenty of body lotion. Mold on the walls, floors were not clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. Room was very dark light switches hard to locate, couldn’t open curtains being on the first floor the parking lot is just on the other side of window. The worst were the heating A/C units every time they went on it sounded like 737 jet taking off hearing that all night.

On our 9th day of vacation visiting several states, and this hotel being number 7th or 8th, and one hour into our trip back home, we received a phone call from an unknown number. I didn't answer since I was driving plus I thought it was a spam call. About 10 min later I received a second call from the same number. This time I answered it. It was this hotel letting me know i had left one of my bags. This bag was filled with multiple important items, one iPad, ear pods, (2 sets) and more. I went back to get it and every single item was in there and untouched. Thank God for honest people and very responsible staff at this hotel. Needless to say, I recommend this hotel.

The floors in our room didn't look like they had been cleaned in a while, there was dusk and dirt everywhere. Staff were very friendly though and even went out of their way to help get milk out of the back in the middle of the night for my toddler.

The construction happening on the road was disappointing and the traffic and traffic lights were horrible. The hotel was great. Breakfast was delicious. We did not like that breakfast didn't start until 7am on the weekends. If you have to get an early start you cant get a quick bite or a coffee. 6am serving breakfast on the weekends would be better.
