"We had a great stay in Épernay. A couple things to note for those considering a stay. Parking - this is a residential neighborhood and parking was always available but we parked 500 meters away often. Laundry - it took 3 hrs to wash a load of laundry, 3 days to dry the laundry. Dryer was not up to the task, but there was a clothes hanger that did help. Thankfully we stayed 5 days. Saturday morning market is 50 meters from the door and it is a must. "Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Der Bäcker befindet sich neben dem Toreingang (hatte bei uns aber leider Sommerferien). In Epernay (10 Minuten mit dem Auto) kann man sich jedoch sehr gut eindecken. Wir und die Kinder haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Newly renovated apartment in a very good location in Epernay. It was clean and had everything we needed. The living area is not very conducive to hanging out due to there only being one couch, but besides that the apartment was great. "

"Very clean, nicely presented and Equipped apartment with comfortable beds and good bathroom and kitchen. Only downside is the the three floors to the suite and no elevator, which isn’t mentioned until after one has paid and unable to cancel. It was a painful descent with my arthritic knees."

"Christine was exceptional with her prompt communication and hospitality. She left our 8 y.o. a present and sweet treats, and she directed us to the games in the apartment that we enjoyed on our evening in. The location is perfect with easy and free parking. The apartment is so spacious, clean, and includes everything needed, and I'm sure if you need something that may be missing, she will supply it. Would definitely return."

"If you have a car this is a very convenient spot to stay. It is close enough to enjoy what Epernay has to offer without having to compete for a parking space. It is a very quiet area and a great spot to base yourself if you are interested in exploring the vineyards and villages in the Champagne region. There is also a Lidl store just around the corner, within walking distance."

"Initial impressions were very good. Large space both indoors and outside. All amenities advertised were there and functional (kitchen knives would benefit from a good sharpening 😃). Bedrooms were clean with fresh linen. Good wardrobe space. We made use of the pool but never got round to using the hot tub. Great place for a relaxing stay with friends. Sandrine is welcoming but doesn’t speak any English so brush up on your French! Good location and plenty to see in the area"
