This spacious one bedroom is crisp and clean, cute as a button and ready for your comfort and privacy. Village location. Your own parking space, only steps from your door.
Fully outfitted kitchen. Enjoy a fully functional and well supplied kitchen.
Microwave, Keurig, traditional coffee maker, new stove/oven and new full-sized fridge.
Basic cooking oils and seasonings are supplied.
Apt. stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels and TP.
Spacious and bright.
Enjoy your own private, keyed entrance and a parking space only footsteps from your door.
Property is located within the village, a few doors down from First Methodist of Cooperstown. Nearest ATM is across the street at Bank of Cooperstown ( next to NYP Pizza). CVS and Stewarts and Taylors ( gas stations) are all right there.
Walk to all of Cooperstown's restaurants and Main Street attractions. The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Doubleday Field are within a 5 min. walk.

The best pizza place in town (NYP) is practically across the street!

Could not have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend. The host was easy to communicate with and helped make our stay very enjoyable. We were able to walk into town very easily, and came home to a quiet, cozy apartment. The host provides everything you need and more! It is super clean and just as pictured.

Great spot in Cooperstown
We were in town for the weekend to see our son play at Doubleday Field and this spot was perfect. We did walk everywhere! The apartment was cute and clean plus had the little extras like books, games, and coffee available. We enjoyed morning walks to Schneider's Bakery and coffee at Stagecoach Coffee.

We enjoyed our stay at this location during a baseball tournament weekend. It was very convenient to walking downtown and even down to the water for boat tours. Montell was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and we would recommend this apartment to other guests looking for a place near the heart of Cooperstown.

Amazing!
We loved the property! We are from Northern Ontario, Canada travelling for my husbands 50th birthday. The owners were pleasant, the property was perfect, we were able to park the car and walk wherever we wanted to go. Would highly recommend!!

My mom and I just enjoyed three nights in this lovely apartment. Everything was spotless and the host was very communicative and accommodating. The bed/bedding is super comfortable; the living room is modern, fun and comfortable; the kitchen is adorable and stocked with essentials; the bathroom has nice toiletries, soft towels, and a fabulous waterfall shower. The location is convenient to restaurants, shops, the hospital and pharmacy. A perfect little home away from home!

Stayed at this place while our son was playing in Cooperstown. Close to Dreams Park (10 min drive). Very close to downtown Cooperstown (within walking distances). Pizza shop on the corner was very good. Home was very clean and had everything you needed. Towels, sheets, coffee, even an extra toothbrush in case you forgot one. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the fact it had a washer/dryer…owners even left detergent!!! Would definitely stay again.

This property was perfect for our family of four. It was pristine in cleanliness (which we are very picky about) and accommodating in every way. Walking distance or short car ride to everything needed. Loved the on-site laundry in the foyer…we didn’t even have to leave to have fresh clothes! The host was very helpful and got back to us within minutes of texting clarifying questions. Thank you so much for awesome hospitality and a reasonable price.

This was a perfect little appartment for my husband and me while my son was playing baseball! It is a short, 5 minute walk to downtown Cooperstown, 30 minute drive to All-Star Village and a 10 minute drive to Glimmerglass State Park. Cute facility and the owners quickly answered my pre-arrival questions.

Great location with a vintage house vi be. Park at the door. Kitchen was well stocked. Cons: window AC filter needed changing. Mattress was poor. An upgraded mattress would make this a much better rental. Would rent it again with the upgrades.

Perfect stay in Cooperstown
To start off the space is super clean. Decorated cute as a button & had everything needed for a long weekend. Door side parking & a short stroll to everything in town. Totally recommend this one for a visit to Cooperstown. We walked everywhere! Check in was smooth & owner was available to answer any questions. My husband is in love with the mattress! Ordering one for our home. Great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay in this updated first floor apartment. The owner did a great job remodeling this older home and providing everything needed for a great stay! We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and it checked all of our boxes. -Immaculately clean -Bed is comfortable and linens/towels are soft -Easy check-in/check-out -Great location -Lots of ways to keep temperature comfortable -Well stocked but not cluttered -Lots of storage (not all is shown in the photos) As an added bonus, we love when there are plenty of hooks and a full length mirror, and this rental had both. We arrived late and enjoyed just being able to walk over to the pizza place since we weren't familiar with the area yet. Thanks for everything!

This VRBO rental process was easy and the unit itself was wonderful! The communications between us and the owners was always prompt and clear. We had no problems at all checking in the unit. It was located just minutes from the downtown area we wanted to spend time. The unit was spotless, well decorated and had a FANTASTIC MATTRESS! We slept like logs all four nights. Even though it sitson a busy street, we heard very little traffic after 10 pm. Our host provided excellent hospitality via text messages. We weren't able to meet facebto face but that didn't matter. I HIGHLY recommend this unit if staying in Cooperstown, NY.

Perfect for Cooperstown Baseball Parents!
In town for a week for Cooperstown Dreamspark Tournament, and this place was absolutely perfect for me, my wife and 9 year old. Location is perfect, less than 10 min drive to Dreamspark, and half mile walk, or 1 minute drive to downtown… HOF/Restaurants/Lake etc. Bed and pillows were top of the line memory foam, we slept great every night. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Communication was stellar from the owners. They were extremely engaged with every question or comment. Included twin foam mattress fits perfectly on the futon couch, and our 10 year old slept great every night. Large smart TVs in both living room and bedroom, we were able to sign in and stream with no issues. I worked remotely a couple of days and the WiFi was very reliable. Highly recommend the property if you’re in for baseball, or just to visit downtown Cooperstown. Just a great and comfortable week for my family. I will absolutely stay here again, if we get the opportunity!
