The space
There is an Open Plan Kitchen and Dining area which overlooks Valley Views, with plenty of fresh air & natural light cascading into the indoors.
The lounge room is spacious and comfortable to relax in, with a TV when you feel like winding down.
A large games room is also a feature space, where there there is a billiard table for a round of pool and additional lounge areas for relaxation and conversation.
An extra large covered outdoor deck with Valley Views makes an ideal location to enjoy BBQ’s and bask in outdoor relaxation whilst witnessing kangaroo wallabies, wombats and kookaburras roam around the property as the sun goes down.
The house is equipped with an indoor fireplace (winter use only), WI-FI, aircon/heating. A large laundry is also complete with a Washing Machine/Dryer.
There is ample space for potentially two or more families to stay together.
All linen including bath towels are provided for guest use. Pool Towels are BYO.

This property is situated in a Quiet Residential Neighbourhood. As such, we have a very strict NO PARTIES rule. The Neighbours WILL report loud & unruly behaviour to the police.
If it is your intention to have a drunken party, this property is not the place to book.
No Schoolie Groups are permitted to book and stay.
Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy and may lead to police-assisted eviction and/or extra charges being levied. Thankyou for your co-operation with this matter.
Extra Guests / Visitors: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time, including visitors. Visitors may be requested and if approved must be approved in writing. We are not un-reasonable people, so any reasonable requests usually won’t be refused, however permission must be given.
*Bookings through this Platform are for The House only, along with adjacent carport area. Exclusive spaces with The House include The Deck area on the house, the pool, hot tub and grassed areas on the same side of the house as the pool.
Seperate auxiliary spaces about the property for celebrations are not included with bookings through this platform and must involve a conversation with owner first in order to use the auxiliary spaces and areas. Auxiliary Spaces are not permitted to be used without prior written approval & arrangement from owner.
24hr CCTV monitors all Auxiliary Spaces & Areas
*There may at times be either a tenant or a caretaker in seperate space on property. This will have no impact on guests staying in the house.
