"The location was faultless & stepping from veranda into pool was fantastic. However, it doesn’t look like the floors in the unit ever see a mop & generally was very run down. The food was terrific in the restaurant but the service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed to put more emphasis on putting menu & cutlery out than serving the waiting guests. 3 times in a matter of hours 2 seperate bar staff looked right at me waiting, not only did they continue but then walked right past me...

"Bed was soft. Definitely not a queen size (like what was offered when I booked the place) light out the back shining into the pool area kept me up for hours & just noisy. Bathroom was nice and spacious and great water pressure in the shower. Aircon was nice and cool and the staff were friendly at check in and when I checked out."

I was a little confused though when we went to dine for tea, there were children on the premises. Advertisement say adults only resort. I do not have any issue with this as I would love to bring my family next time."
