Nothing in room

Nothing in the tiny room besides bed and bathroom; no mini-fridge (we put drinks next to a window to cool them), no microwave, no coffee pot or kettle/water boiler, not even a phone. Also, amenities also cost a lot to use, per hour, per day, etc.

Pretty and cold

Pretty place with freezing cold room. Told the staff. The first receptionist tried to help me - without any luck. Told them again when checking out and the answer was just "I will tell maintenance" - which didn´t do me much good.

The hotel restaurant was expensive and pretentious with limited menu. I ordered the duck which was fine apart from there was only 1/2 a duck breast. When I asked they said that it was a small duck. When I showed them that it was a normal size they said that the chef cuts off the ends to stop it burning, pathetic! There was no opportunity to complain as I was offered another main course but at a repeat of full price. Such a shame as the hotel is nice otherwise and had such a great potential, but sadly terrible customer service - Avoid

Efter en hektisk dag falder man helt til ro.

Fantastisk sted i rolige omgivelser, dejlig værelse holdt i slots stil, skøn seng og man vågnede frisk som en nyfødt baby, eneste malurt var den bruseren der ikke er til at regulere enten var vandet brandvarmt eller også is koldt, den gamle engelske uden termostat regulering og så kørte det ene håndtag oven i købet modsat det andet, det bliver jeg aldrig gode venner med.
