Østerbro is one of Copenhagen's most attractive residential areas, especially for families with kids. It is one of the greenest neighborhoods in Copenhagen, with parks, waterfronts and shopping streets, with a wide range of fine dining restaurants and cozy cafés that are perfect for a bike rides or a stroll. The great park Fælledparken offers playgrounds for the youngsters, skateparks, sport facilities, football grounds and a dog off leash areas. It is also home to some of Copenhagen’s main attractions like: Kastellet ( the Citadel) and of course Copenhagen's most famous statue-The Little Mermaid.
It is easy to reach Copenhagen downtown by metro, bus or by bike like the locals. Also in the neighborhood, you’ll find the Telia Parken, which hosted four games in the Euro2020 football competition.

I booked the appartmemt. The landlord cancelled the booking. The money got deducted anyway. Nobody can help - please contact somebody else.

The apartment is old and dated and not very clean at all. The bathroom is super super tiny. The apartment is very hot in the summer, you can only open windows on one side of the apartment, so no airflow which would cool it down. The area is central and you can get everything by foot or public transport. If you look for modern and clean, don’t book this apartment but if you don’t care then its a cheap option for an expensive city.
