Very close to train tracks and happened that my room is facing that side. Room temperature is too hot and no AC and the fan provided in the room is not enough. If you open the window for much needed cooler air, then it gets even louder for those incoming train. Room not clean and and previous occupant garbage still in the room.

Könnten Sie das bitte mit dem Hotel klären und mir den zu viel bezahlten Betrag zurück erstatten, oder mir eine andere Möglichkeit aufzeigen wie ich an das zuviel bezahlte Geld komme.
