"Lovely quiet location with a rustic feel. Loved the enthusiasm of the family that own it and the details she gave of Carulla which had been in their family for centuries. Chance to chill by the pool which got sun for 90% of the day. It is 15 mins from any shops so make sure you stock up before as there is no restaurant anywhere nearby. kitchen stocked with everything you need and in the colder months plenty of wood for the fire. Imagine would be very cosy"

"Terrible experience—the GPS coordinates and instructions were incorrect and we ended up in the middle of nowhere, with four kids. We called the Albergue for four hours at the number they provided, between check-in hours, no answer. Emailed the property, no answer. We ended up reserving another hotel on the spot after wasting an entire afternoon trying to contact this hotel. We were charged anyway. Not sure if we just couldn’t find the place and no one responds, or whether it doesn’t even exist...

"We had a beautiful time with the whole family including teenagers and grand parents. Isidre (the owner) was just amazing, always available for us, very welcoming and answering positively all our requests. "We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Cal Cabreta with our family group of 8 adults and 5 children. Ester is a fantastic host, and along with her husband Josep and son Marc, made us feel very welcome. Communication from start to finish was great! The house itself is lovely and spacious and perfect for large groups who want a peaceful break. It is well furnished and we didn't lack anything. "A wonderful and peaceful location, close enough to Barcelona to keep everyone interested! Property manager lovely and very helpful. Pool was an absolute delight.
