"Perfectly located in the center of Grace Bay, Villa Renaissance checked all the boxes for us. Like many "resorts" there, Villa Renaissance condos are privately owned. Ours was a two bedroom with a garden view (Unit 604). The unit was exceptionally clean with staff coming everyday to keep it that way.
