Walking into the lobby we were immediately hit by an overpowering sickeningly sweet fragrance such that I could hardly breathe. They blamed their cleaning products. Whatever it was, it was too much and ruined an otherwise pleasant stay. Fortunately the room was tolerable.

The staff(female) that worked overnight was outstanding. Her customer service was top notch. The hotel was not clean, the carpets smelt moldy, the room was hot and smelt moldy. The room is old fashioned which was not the problem but the appearance and atmosphere was moldy smelling. I checked out the same night. Hotel needs work.

The property is extremely dirty. The room floor and the bathroom floor has a lot of trash on it. The elevator and common areas do not get clean either. I would not recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel in the history of hotel so dirty the smell of the rugs not being clean was horrible the sheets were so dirty and full of hair like they didn’t ever bother to change the sheets in between guest. The bathroom toilet was dirty as well and the tub is falling apart. The balcony was disgustingly messy. The only good thing about this hotel is the front desk staff was very nice. Besides that everything else was terrible.

Roaches in the room. TV was broken. The window didn't close and I could best the noise from the road all night. I stood at the front decks for 20 minutes to be checked in while the entire staff chatted with each other. Only up side is you can walk to Starbucks.
