"We stayed in the l'ovile cottage and it was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having breakfast outside overlooking the olive trees. Make sure to give yourself an afternoon or two to enjoy lounging at the pool. Our host, Nadia, was very attentive and even helped us with restaurant recommendations. "Dinner in hotel restaurant was a VERY prolonged experience probably because of large tour groups. It was our mistake for not anticipating slow service having seen the tour groups, and we’ll not make that mistake again in a hotel. We’ve been in Italy for over a week and have eaten at a number of restaurants with a pace in our meal that could be adjusted to our desires. Not so here.
