"Villa Rosemary" offers you enough space for 2 to 4 people + a small child (a baby bed is available free of charge). The detached house has a private pool for exclusive use and unlimited free WiFi. A large sun terrace with a fantastic view of the valley and the small nearby lake invite you to relax.

The villa is located in a romantic and quiet location right in the centre of the island of Corfu. From here, all the highlights of the island can be explored in a very short time, by car, bike, bus or simply on foot. For families with children, one of the largest water and amusement parks in Europe is nearby (10 minutes away by car).

The basic cleaning of the house is carried out very thoroughly by our specialist staff before each new occupancy.

Linens/towels/bath towels and beach towels are provided free of charge.

Air conditioning is optional and not included in the booking price! Please contact the owner for information.

You can decide at your leisure on the spot whether you want to use it or not.

A well-functioning bus service connects Villa Rosemary with Corfu Town. The beautiful sandy beaches of Pelekas Beach and Glyfada Beach can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. The bus stop is within walking distance of the house. The "Blue Bus" will take you to Corfu Town in about 20 minutes. Tickets are available either from the driver or at the "San Rocco Square" bus station.

With the "Green Buses" you can discover all the more remote places in Corfu for a relatively small price.

Our village "AGIOS IOANNIS" offers you a well-stocked supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy, internet café-bar, a grill house, a restaurant with the tastiest Greek dishes and a nice tavern in the old town centre. All of this is within walking distance.

Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted by the beautiful hiking trails with magnificent views over the island. Especially here, our house is the ideal starting point for you!

Car rentals are available at Kapodistria Airport. The airport is 15 minutes away by car. We are also happy to help you find the right car rental company.

CLIMATE TAX: Since our house has a full EOT license, there is NO CLIMATE TAX for our guests!!

Our changeover day (check-in and check-out) is always a SATURDAY.
In the early and late season (June & October!), side arrangements are possible.

Sehr gute Unterkunft
Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen, etwas abseits vom Tourismus aber gut. Von der Übergabe mit Debbie (die Dame vor Ort) bis zur Abreise hat alles super geklappt. Der eigene Pool ist schon etwas besonderes wenn man diesen nicht teilen muss. Wir geben hier uneingeschränkt unsere Empfehlung.

Leuk verblijf
We zijn over het algemeen tevreden over het verblijf in Villa Rosemary waar we vriendelijk werden onthaald door Debbie. De villa is rustig gelegen met een mooie view, was netjes gepoetst, het zwembad wordt regelmatig onderhouden, ... Anderzijds vonden we de matrassen te hard, en had er voor deze prijs wel een vaatwasser aanwezig mogen zijn, temeer daar het water niet echt warm wordt. 150€ bijbetaling voor reiniging van de woning vonden we persoonlijk ook aan de hoge kant. Maar al bij al een leuk verblijf!

Schönes Ferienhaus
Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Haus und Pool wurden zwischendurch gereinigt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann von hier aus gut die Insel erkunden. Bäcker, Taverne/Bar und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, auf der Straße vor dem Haus gibt es praktisch keinen Verkehr. Von der Terrasse blickt man ins Grüne. Sehr nette Vermieter! Vielen Dank an Astrid, Martin und Debbie für den schönen Urlaub.

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen
Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Hause Rosemary genossen, außer Geschirrspüler ist alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist optimal, man hat nicht weit ans Meer, ebenso in den Norden oder in den Süden der Insel.

Tolles Haus, alles da was einen Urlaub aus macht
Tolles Haus, vor Ort die Einrichtung wie beschrieben. Es fehlt an nichts, evt. ein Ventilator wäre noch gut. Lage ist optimal, ruhig aber doch zentral. Fahrbarer Untersatz, ist wenn man die Insel erkunden möchte, aber zu empfehlen. Pool super und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Check in klappt ohne Probleme. Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche und können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zu 4. für eine Woche in der Villa Rosemary. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Abwicklung / Buchung hat super und problemlos funktioniert. Alle Beteiligten Astrid, Debbie und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit unseren gemieteten Rollern haben wir ca. 15 Minuten bis nach Korfu Stadt benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich für alles und können die Villa nur weiter empfehlen!

Wunderschönes Haus mit eigenen Pool im Zentrum Korfus
Wir haben uns rundherum in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool wurde intensiv genutzt und wir haben die meiste Zeit im Haus auf der schönen Terrasse verbracht. Der Ausblick ist himmlisch. Das Wetter war perfekt. Mit unserem Leihwagen haben wir die Insel erkundet und wunderschöne Strände entdeckt. Die Westküste hat uns am besten gefallen. Die Insel ist von diesem Haus aus in alle Richtungen sehr gut erkundbar. Der Flughafen ist nur 15 min entfernt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist, vor allem auch mit einem Grill. Der Internetempfang war klasse (fanden die Kinder super :)). Auch konnten wir im TV mal deutsche Nachrichten schauen. Wir haben auch genossen auf zwei Bäder zurückgreifen zu können, da wir Erwachsenen so auch im Urlaub unser eigenes Bad hatten. Schön auch, dass Bade- und Strandtücher zur Verfügung stehen und eine Waschmaschine bereitsteht. Debbie hat uns sehr gut und freundlich betreut. Der Empfang und die Zwischenreinigung nach einer Woche liefen einwandfrei. Auch der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Rundherum eine schöne Zeit in diesem Haus und auf Korfu. Das griechische Essen haben wir ausgiebig in den verschiedensten Tavernen erlebt. Einziges Manko auf Kofu ist das leider sehr unschöe Müllthema und wir hoffen, dass dort bald eine Lösung im Interesse der Insel, der Bewohnter und der Natur geschaffen wird. Auch hinsichtlich Mülltrennung. Wir empfehlen das Haus Rosemary sehr gerne weiter!
