The property is well located, walking distance to the vatican, restaurants and shopping. Old building, our 1st room bed was terrible, fridge disgusting. they moved us to a better room. They try hard but they don't even have a microwave in the whole hotel to heat up your food.

Their breakfast is out of this world—absolutely delicious and a perfect way to start the day! The location is unbeatable, with all the major monuments within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The room was spacious, near and clean, hardy any noise. Staff were friendly, good selections for breakfasts. Conveniently located within walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi, Piazza Navona. Bit further to Colosseum but manageable. Hotel has the ‘watch’ theme, every room was given one of Rolex series watch. Stayed for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay!

It was a wonderful experience staying at Massini City Garden Hotel. The hotel is very clean. Customer service was very helpful and polite. The breakfast they had was already included in the hotel package. You have the option to have dinner as well but you would have to pay for the dinner buffet. But it was worth it because it was great food. The staff there was excellent especially the staff in the restaurant Simoné and Bosé were very attentive and pleasant. Also the reception staff were as well. I would recommend it to everyone.
