"Mauro was very welcoming and incredibly helpful during our stay. We liked our room, beds comfy, nice views, small kitchenette well equipped. Mostly Italians staying at the residence. Pool area lovely. Restaurant has great views but the service wasn't great for us, recommend having a dink here to appreciate the view. Very good value accommodation in a spectacular part of the world. Also recommend hiring a speedboat for €65 in town on the lakeside as that was amazing."

"The accommodation is in a good location, easy walk to the centre of Garda. The photographs do not do justice to the property which has all the amenities you require plus a few additional touches. The view from the balcony is outstanding and there is also the use of the roof top. The air conditioning was a bonus in the heat. Mauro was efficient from booking to checking out and very helpful."

"If you are American I don't think you will be happy here. Great location with nice views but very dated. Came in to a musty smelling, all closed up house. Seemed like nobody had been there for a long time. I guess the opening staff just didn't do a very good job. Internet is close to non existent. electric system is bonkers. Beds and PILLOWS are extremely uncomfortable."
