"I was genuinely impressed by the customer service I received at Ocean Coral Springs. Although my stay was short, I was warmly greeted by Phillip, the manager, during check-in. He reassured me that any special requests or assistance I needed would be accommodated to ensure my stay was comfortable and that I felt safe. Phillip even offered to give me a tour of the resort, showing me the restaurants, pool, spa, and beach access. To my surprise, he arranged for me to access my room earlier than the scheduled 3:00 PM check-in time, which allowed me to enjoy the resort's pool and beach. In addition to Phillip, I was also greeted by Sharando, who offered further assistance and a chance to dine at a Privilege restaurant that evening. I truly enjoyed my dinner, and the servers, Keri-Ann and Sheridene, were lovely and attentive throughout my meal. Throughout my stay at the resort, I was consistently impressed by the attentiveness of the staff, particularly Philip and Sharando. They were not only responsive to my needs but also took the initiative to check in regularly to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I required. Their warm hospitality made a significant difference in my experience. I will definitely recommend this resort to my family and friends."

I put away my phone and sat out on the cliff and gazed out over the sea, watched the sunset and even saw dolphins swimming in front of the hotel.
