Arrived at the property late around 9pm but could no find the hotel because the name on the board is Continental hotel not Classic Comfort hotel. Front hotel is locked, dark, dirty, broken looking deserted. We checked side door, lobby is dark, broken lamps, dirty floor, and no body at the desk, accept a little boy came out, then he called out a man in jump suits, serving us. I ask for the washroom after a long ride, the receptionist (?) said that we take the key, and use washroom there. The bed sheet : we found hair, mattresses still in plastic, sheet smelly like wet dog. Washroom is clean, but there was 2 used face and hand towels still hanging on door hook. We dared not touching anything in the room, and did not sleep well at all. We had made mistake to book this Classic Comfort hotel( more like cheap motel) with Expedia, willing to pay extra money for better hotels next trip.

I didn’t like how I had to drive into a fenced closed in area behind the building to get to my room. There were other guests (kind of scary) outside at their cars drinking alcohol and trying to talk to me, close to where I was parked. It was like a dead end where I was parked.

Place seems to be struggling financially-old and needs updating, especially outside. Owner seems to be doing their best despite limitations. Everything was clean, staff super friendly especially Shah at check in.
