Don’t Worry, Beach Happy at Beacon Quarters

Don't Worry, Beach Happy is the perfect place for a fun vacation. This luxury, single level condo is located in the brand new Beacon Quarters community. The whole group will enjoy not only the community pool (May-September) and volleyball area, but the wonderful tranquility of the nearby, sound-side waterfront. Watch your loved ones enjoy the pool as you make sandwiches or sit on the front porch. To top it all off, it's less than a mile away from access to the beautiful Corolla beach (about 6-10 minute walk). Shower off after your fun day in the outside shower with hot and cold taps.

An elegant kitchen is just waiting for your culinary touch with a well-equipped cooking area. Seating for 6 surrounds the beautiful white quartz island countertops. Coffee pot or Keurig coffee, your morning will be started off right. The kitchen even has a deep crab pot ready for your seafood dinner.

Enjoy staying in the Master King bedroom with a private full bathroom (the turtle room). The second spacious bedroom also provides a King bed, decorated with fun flamingos and connected with a common full bathroom. TV is located in each bedroom and living room.

When you arrive back from a day of playing in the sand or visiting historic Corolla, sit back on the porch with a cold drink. A gas grill and an outdoor seating area make you feel right at home. Sip a glass of wine while you watch the sun set over the trees or relax in the well-lit the pool with palm trees in the background.
We love dogs and allow them in our condo! We have furniture covers, dog towels and dishes for your use. Cats are NOT allowed.

Available to renters are games and puzzles (for rainy days). Beach chairs are typically available, but unfortunately, CANNOT be guaranteed to renters since the previous renters could have taken them or broke them.

Perfect Getaway

Nice, clean place for vacation. We went at the end of December and it was very quiet and peaceful. Most everything furnished to meet your needs for your stay. I loved it because I didn’t have to climb steps to take in my luggage and groceries. Would definitely go again.

We had a great time. The property was beautiful and in a great location. It was great getting in and out especially since there are no stairs. Everything was comfortable and it was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed - even a grill outside. We definitely want to go back.

We stayed at the cottage for a wedding. The space was perfect for my wife and and my elderly mom. It is close to all Corolla has to offer. Check in was easy and the place was clean and comfortable. It was nice that it was one level with no stairs fir my mom to navigate.

This is a great place to stay. Clean, easy to access, great location. This was perfect for my husband and I. There is a parking spot right out front of the place, the pool is nice.refrigerator is a great size. Very cozy. Beds are comfortable. My husband was asked to come to Corolla to do a family photo shoot for a friend, at the last minute I decided I didn't want to stay in a hotel and wanted to make it a little nicer and add an extra few days to our stay. We didnt need anything big since it was just going to be my 15 yr old son my husband and myself, and this was perfect! It was just as pictured, and described! It's only a short walk to the beach, but if you're bringing chairs, and supplies definitely pack a cart,or park at the Sturgeon parking lot less crowded!! The pool was also nice and was never really to busy. We really enjoyed our stay here, and are glad we chose it, we'd stay again.
