Beautiful new 2 king bedroom luxury condo at Beacon Quarters. Community pool and volleyball to keep you enjoying your vacation when you’re not watching wild horses walking down the beach, enjoying a beautiful beach sunrise that’s only a 7 min walk or a sound side sunset. Once inside you have all the amenities you need including Wi-Fi, large flat screen TVs and fully stocked kitchen with beautiful quartz giant island with seating for 6. Plus a just completed outdoor living space with table and grill! We are located right in the heart of Corolla, close to Shops, Restaurants, bars and fun things to do. The Lighthouse is within a mile as is The Whalehead Club and Park for the most beautiful sunsets.

Top notch accommodation
Very clean and well kept. MUCH better than other units we have rented in prior years. Beds very comfortable and the unit was equipped with everything we needed. Very tasteful decor, colors and just enough reminders about the beach.

Very nice condo in Corolla, NC.
This condo is located near lots of activities and restaurants in Corolla. It was nice to have toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and hand soap provided by the owner. I would recommend the owner put stepping stones down from the backyard patio to the main sidewalk, so after cleaning sand off your feet at the outside shower you don't have to walk back in the sand to go in the front door. The tap water does not taste very good, so maybe a water filter would help. I highly recommend this unit and would rent this unit again.

Convenient getaway in beautiful neighborhood
The villa was perfect for our stay. It was well equipped and stocked with little extras like hair and bath necessities, beach towels, and Keurig cups and creamers. The private patio was perfect for relaxing and the pool was very convenient if you don’t want to walk to the beach. Plenty to see in Corolla or drive to Duck or Kitty Hawk. The traffic on 12 can be quite congested so plan accordingly. Communicating with the host was A+++.

Impulsive in Corolla has everything!!
I’ve stayed in several host homes over the years, and this stay was the best ever! The location is central to shopping and restaurants; the pool is super convenient; and the condo is awesome!! Everytime we were cooking, we wondered if there was a tool or appliance we needed - and it was there! And not crummy versions either… the patio has privacy from the beach walkers; there were beach supplies and chairs and games. Most places don’t permit renters to use those things or even have beach towels, so we were prepared with our own and were surprised that this condo had it all! Easy instructions for move out, wi if, tv, etc. It down poured our last day, so we had a hard time keeping the floor clean to move out, but we didn’t slip on the floor at all, which was a concern with my elderly mom. Communication and support was fantastic. The Schakes are super generous sharing this amazing property with others! Truly a great find! Ty!

Relaxing workation!
We had a very nice week here! The condo was lovely and well appointed. We had everything we needed. This is a back unit, and the patio and woods behind offer a nicer view than the parking lot view of the front units. It was an easy walk to the beach. All around, a great place for us! We can’t wait to return!

Great week!
I had a great week at this condo with my husband and two children. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen and island are beautiful. It was nice having a one level/no steps condo - it made hauling luggage and groceries much easier than usual when at a beach condo with lots of stairs. You can tell that it is a newer condo and very well cared for. They even included things that aren’t usually included in rentals like hand and dish soap pumps, and pumps of shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap in the showers. The linens were all included. The walking path to the beach access is right next to this rental and then you walk 2-3 blocks to get to the beach (about 1000 steps on my Fitbit). The condo community is very small and nice. Corolla is a great little beach town with lots to do but still nice and quiet, this was our first time here. There is a grass mini golf right across the street. The pool is just a few steps away and my 8 & 10 year olds loved it. There are plenty of chairs, loungers, and tables at the pool and it did not get crowded. The kids also loved the big king sized bed and cable tv in their bedroom. There were games and my son loved playing with the Dominos. We ran out of propane for the grill our first night and the owner was quick to respond and help us access a spare in the shed. We had fun doing a Wild Horse hummer tour and climbing the Currituck Lighthouse while there. I read the reviews when deciding to choose this place and completely agree with all the great reviews. It’s the perfect place for a small family!

Comfortable and Convenient
We were quite impressed with the entire rental space - both inside and outside - at this well-appointed vacation rental in the Outer Banks. Conveniently located near the Corolla Light center and across from the mini-golf course, this rental offers a convenient walkway to the beaches a short distance away. The outdoor space is private enough (there are no neighbors directly behind) to allow for grilling, outdoor dinners and post-beach showers. On offer were beach chairs and boogie boards which complemented the surf boards we rented from Coastal Exploration. Wetsuits and swimsuits could be hung outside rather than be brought inside where they inevitably dump sand in the shower/bath. Inside the AC worked super well which was important for sleeping and resting. The kitchen was very well stocked, certainly beyond most vacation rentals so that it was possible to cook for ourselves (we brought our own spices and staples to make this a simpler process). The kitchen island/table was a great center of discussion, games and of course meal preparation. It was homey yet modern and convenient. The bedrooms each had a bath which made sharing the space hassle-free and well-ordered. Whether driving south to Harris Teeter or north to Corolla Old Town, the place is conveniently located to both by car and bike (Old Town). Parking was labeled for easy identification and removed any contention for spots. Close enough for night walks on the beach to see the crabs and jellyfish, there was also the added convenience of a pool on the premises. The whole experience was care-free and relaxing. I found communication with the owners to be prompt and informative. We would love to return here in the future.

Long weekend getaway
We booked a last minute getaway at Tamera’s home and it could not have been more perfect! The home was the perfect size for my husband and I along with our two young daughters, and even though it was our first time visiting Corolla, the home was in such a convenient location that it didn’t take us any time at all to familiarize ourselves with the area. We look forward to heading back to Corolla very soon, and would love to stay here again!
