NEW CONDO IN THE HEART OF COROLLA, NC

This beautiful new condo is just minutes away from the beach, providing everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The open concept kitchen and living room offer plenty of space for entertaining or simply hanging out. You can easily access the beach through the nearby path or park your car for free right by the beach.

Situated in a cozy community, this condo is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Corolla. It is conveniently located between the beach and the sound, giving you quick access to all the amenities you might need for a perfect vacation. You can explore the local village or visit the main shopping areas, observe horses lazing on the beach, take a scenic walk around the Whalehead Club or the Corolla Lighthouse, or go for a swim in the ocean, which is only a 6-8 minute walk away.

Inside the elegant new condo, your entire group can enjoy ample space in the open concept kitchen and living room, or you can make use of the gas BBQ outside. When you're done at the beach, you can take a refreshing dip in the pool, play mini-golf across the street, or engage in a game of volleyball. The community offers plenty of activities for all ages.

This single-level condo provides the perfect accommodations for rest and relaxation. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and access to a full bathroom from both the bedroom and the common area. Additionally, the unit includes a washer and dryer.

Included with your stay is a starter pack of laundry pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Shampoo conditioner, body wash and hand soap are provided as well as sheets, towels and beach towels.

Check-in starts at 4pm, and we will send you the keycode 24 hours in advance.

Such a cute condo and so close to everything. Pool was great too, never busy. We loved the walking path to get to the beach. Beach was only a 5 min walk. We drove a few times to the beach too and there was always plenty of parking. Very dog friendly. It was super hot when we were there but there are areas of grass to walk your dog on. We loved Corolla!

We were here for a "shoulder season" wedding, and this place was perfect for me, my husband, our two adult children, and one grand-dog. Great location get away
We went to Corolla for a wedding and being an only child with parents who were unsure if they were attending, I didn’t need a giant house. This was perfect for us as we really need a place to sleep, have breakfast and work a bit during the day away from the chaos. We had plenty of big houses on the beach with heated pools and all that to go lounge at. The set up of the two king bedrooms to be able to have their own bathroom was great. Everything was clean and it was so nice to not be asked to do a million chores at checkout like other locations we have rented. The walk to the beach was perfect for us and our small dog and the adult putt putt on all grass across the street proved to be a great afternoon. Lynn was very responsive, recommend!
