The Little Easy is an easy choice for your next Outer Banks vacation. Enjoy the amenities which include a Pool table, a private pool, a hot tub and the amenities of The Currituck Club resort. This home is walking distance to the Fitness Center, the community pool, grocery shopping and restaurants. [Note: no dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
This level has 3 bedrooms available: a King Master Suite with flat-screen TV and a large master bath with shower and soaking tub; a Queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 Twin beds share the hall bath with shower/tub combo. There is also a sunny den area with plenty of seating, game table and flat-screen TV and access to the top level sun deck.

MID LEVEL:
The open floor plan allows family members to share laughter and conversation in the Great Room with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, 2 dishwashers and a kitchen bar that seats 3. The dining room seats 8 people with views of the quiet surroundings around the home. A large King Master Suite is located on this level with a soaking tub and separate shower. The first of 2 Queen bedrooms is on this level along with a half bath. Enjoy the outdoors by using the outdoor table and gas grill on the deck at the back of the house. [Note: gas fireplace is not for guest use.]

GROUND LEVEL:
A Lounge is a wonderful place for the kids and teens to hang out. Plenty of comfortable seating, Foosball game and a kitchenette with access to the attached garage which has a Pool table. There is a Pyramid Bunk Jr. Master Suite with 2 Bunk Bed sets that has a semi-private bath which is shared with the Lounge. The outside amenities include a volleyball court and a private pool that measures 12' x 24'. An outdoor shower with an exterior half bath is adjacent to the hot tub located by the pool deck.

EXTRAS:
As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family will enjoy special privileges, including advance tee times and reduced green fees, at The Currituck Club championship 18-hole golf course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.

Family Vacation
Overall the property was pretty good. We have stayed many times in the Currituck Club and love the location. It was just off season so some of the amenities like the shuttle to the beach was not available. Not that big of a concern though. Some comments on the home: There was some notable wear around the home and could use some updating. Water damage on the second floor by the back door to the deck. The deck itself was rough and warn. Would not walk on it barefoot.

Great House For Family and Dogs
We booked this property while attending a wedding in Corolla. Booking, check-in and check-out were all easy. The home’s three levels of living were great for our group. Being able to bring our two dogs was wonderful. The neighborhood is very walkable and having Harris Teeter right at the entrance was very convenient.

Great family vacation
The whole family enjoyed the house . Everyone loved the amenities, The pool , hot tub, cable tv with premium channels, Wi-Fi ,Three different living rooms . The house was clean except for the garage which is full of spiderweb all over . The beach is a little far from the house , but not a big deal for us , we already knew from previous reviews. We like that we had a Grocery store next to us making it easy to get supplies . Overall will would stay here again and also recommend the house .

We rented this home for our extended family and friends for our wedding week. The home was beautiful and well maintained inside with room for everyone. The only negative was the cleanliness of the outside of the home. The windows needed to be clean and washed especially the ones over the kitchen sink. They were filthy and I attempted to use windex only to discover that the dirt was from outside.

This property was well laid out for a significant number of guests. The ice maker and 2 dishwashers were very useful. The location was nice with the club because access to the health club and courts were quick and easy. The digital locks and access codes made coming and going easy because there was no key pick up or drop off.

My family of 9 adults and 6 children (2 babies) stayed for a week and had a wonderful time! The layout of the house was perfect for our large group! With its own ice machine, two dish washers, two refrigerators and mini fridge we had great kitchen accommodations! Loved the neighborhood and the beach trolly service picked us up right in front of our house! We had a great time!

Overall the property was nice and we enjoyed staying there, however, there definitely were some issues that need to get taken care of: 1. 2 of the showers were stopped up making it difficult to take showers for the people in those rooms. 2. One of the dishwashers wasn't working. 3. The kitchen sink was leaking and it was supposed to get fixed but no one showed up. 4. The grill was broken, we couldn't use it. 5. The boards on the front steps were coming up off the frame and a couple of our guests tripped up the steps, luckily no one was hurt. 6.The hinges on the kitchen cabinets were broken. Thank you!

Excellent accommodations throughout the entire stay. Would suggest the following: Pool table area needs through cleaning, Pool area the same. (A blower will fix this) Second steps on the entryway needs repaired so nobody gets hurt. Rugs under dining room table entryway , and hallway along with carpeting needs updated.

House in need of a deep cleaning
There is a major spider problem at this house. Spiders even found in a bed; they covered the outsides of the house; webs all over. We called Mon. am and a guy did come spend only about 5 minutes spraying but this needs to be done regularly- he didn’t show up till Friday eve ( a number of our guests left Sat. ). He actually said he was there to spray for ants ( which we also had). No one called ahead of time to schedule this so if we wouldn’t have just happened to be there he wouldn’t have been able to do anything inside. He was told that there were spiders everywhere but he only sprayed inside for the ants in the dining area and spent only a few minutes outside spraying before leaving. Found potatoe chips downstairs on carpet upon arrival. So no vacuuming done down there. Our socks were black from walking in the house ( carpets/ hard wood floors need cleaning), hand prints on the deck door,king beds need replacing ( not comfortable and squeaks with every move); cob webs in most rooms, mattress pads on bunk beds stained. Generally in need of a deep cleaning. Very disappointed given the cost of this rental. When we called to report the spider issues we were told this is a way of life down there. If that is true then why would one not routinely spray to control them and weekly clean up all the dead ones. We have stayed in the outer banks many many summers and have never experienced this. We know someone who rented a house the week before us in this same development and they didn’t have this problem!!

Nice house, great location
The Little Easy was a great place for our family to stay. Our crew included 6 children, ages 14 and under and they were able to basically claim the downstairs as "their space". The location was within easy walking distance to the community pool which was great because the pool at the house is not large. We enjoyed our stay there.

Great Bang for your buck!!
For the price you can’t beat this space! A lot of room for large families with 2 extra living spaces & a downstairs hangout for the kids. Loved the pool table, swing set & pool❤️ We didn’t make it to the volleyball area but it was available. The private community is really nice. Lots of paths for riding those rental bikes, or taking a stroll. Everyone was friendly & accommodating. This was our first time at OBX. We loved it other than Hwy 12 being the only road on/off the island makes traffic heavy...my advice...pack up & leave for home the night before check out. Great area though!!!!

Spacious, well located home
We enjoyed staying at this property very much. Property management was well organized and responsive. Home is laid out well, three levels all with sinks and refrigerators. Two dishwashers in kitchen very nice. Can walk out the front door and walk in minutes to the Currituck Club sports facilities. Bikes in garage, pool and outdoor restroom area nice touches. Bedding and decor attractive and well maintained. Since this is a pet friendly property that is not charging for pets, we expected more wear and tear and there’s very minimal. No smells or stains. Our only issues were the mold outside the pool facilities, on the outdoor furniture and front areas we had to maneuver around. Outside front deck had a million dead bugs and spider webs on it. Needs a good pressure washing. Otherwise, the property is wonderful and a great place to visit.

Beautiful home
Our home was beautiful, unfortunately the Club amenities were not what we've become accustomed to in our visits to the OBX. House was beautiful and well maintained. We aren't golfers, but it is perfect for those who do golf.
