"The property supervisor was a young gentleman name Bang was extremely helpful and offered tips how to maneuver around town. We really appreciated him a lot. He also woke up 4am to use his scooter to drop us to the bus station. Which was 3-5minutes away from the hotel since shuttle trolly not available at such early time. The VinBus transportation from hotel to night market and airport all complimentary from hotel services. "

"Hotel is in a nice and quiet location. Within walking distance to shopping areas, shows, and bus stops. However, all linen (bed sheets, blanket, pillow cases, and even towels) were stained, found hairs (long hair and shaved hairs) on bed, shampoo & body wash was really watered down, found two used condoms in the trashcan, rat poop on window seal. Asked staff for extra towels because our towels didnt smell clean and was told he had no more. Cleanliness is questionable here. "
