We LOVE Emerald Beach. Ron’s are clean and comfy, staff are always willing to help. I just wish that y’all would open the outside bar up or do something more lively. Such a beautiful hotel!

Very nice area but hotel is very old and needs to be renovated. Room was decently clean as best as possible but stains on walls and very run down decor kind of sad since it’s in a beautiful location and has so much potential but highly mismanaged and in disarray

2nd stay here. This time we were in the “cabana” as the staff referred to it. There was limited to no hot water the 4 nights we stayed. No extra rolls of toilet tissue or towels. The view was great, but the sliding door was open when we arrived. The parking was good, but we did have someone take 2 fishing poles from our vehicle the first night there. Breakfast was coffee and breads or bagels. We emptied our own trash and it was picked up outside the door one of the 4 days there. The last night we stayed we took it to the garbage cans ourselves. To be transparent we are typically pretty easy to please- this was not the experience we had here the first stay. We will be looking at other options for our next stay. I did fail to mention our last night stay dogs barked all night and doors slammed- probably because they wouldn’t shut with ease.
