This floor is where you are welcomed to a dining table that seats up to 6 people, along with a beautiful marble countertop. The barstools are great for extra seating and a spacious kitchen with a unique backsplash by the stove for all your cooked family meals. Unwind in the living room with a sectional couch and love seat that embraces beautiful coastal decorations that make you feel right at home. After a long day at the beach, get some rest in the king size bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. Walk up the final set of stairs that lead you to more paradise on the third floor. The third floor living room includes a couch that folds into a sleeper sofa. Off of the living room, you will find a queen bedroom, with a full size bathroom. Lastly, you will see a bedroom with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds. Through this living room, you can head out the door leading to the balcony, that includes outdoor furniture, where you can sit and enjoy some fresh air or coffee in the morning. Check out the spiral staircase that leads you to a roof-top deck with breathtaking views.
