Please be advised that renovation work for the pool area, pool restrooms, and laundry room is scheduled beginning November 4th until November 25th, 2024. These areas will be closed from 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday. We have adjusted our rates accordingly and no additional discounts will be applied. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Welcome to Watercolor Skies, a charming three bedroom condo located at Puente Vista! The best part of this property are the views of Laguna Madre, directly from the living area and private patios out back, you'll get to enjoy the beautiful sunsets that over look the bridge. The private patio is shared off the living area and master bedroom. The living and dining area are open to spend time with the family and enjoy meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook on vacation. A private, fenced in patio is shared between the second and third bedroom. Direct access to the back area to dock your boat or spend the day fishing. Only a short walk to the sparkling pool. Come stay with us and you won't regret the views!

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
