The Space:
Welcome to "Sail Away: Your Coastal Oasis", a beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home. As you step through the front door, you're greeted by a wide, inviting entrance. To your right, the open-plan dining room and kitchen await, with a handy laundry room tucked off the dining area. Outdoor access is conveniently located through the kitchen.
Venture to the left from the entry, and you'll discover a cozy living room. A quaint bedroom with a queen bed is located just off this space, followed by the sumptuous master suite, featuring a private bath and direct access to the alluring pool view via French doors. You'll also find a charming patio area for relaxation, accessible through the master bedroom.
Following the other hallway, you'll uncover a pristine full bathroom and two additional, comfortably decorated bedrooms. Venture upstairs to uncover a media room with a pull-out sofa and a delightful bunk space that is an absolute paradise for the younger guests. A balcony brimming with relaxation awaits, offering picturesque bay views, a calming hammock, and inviting chairs, all off of the media room.
This home has a specialty stove that requires Teflon pans in order to function properly. We provide these at the property. If you plan to bring your own pans (which surprisingly we’ve seen people do), the stove won’t work.

We welcome 2 dogs (up to 50 lbs) in each home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If additional pets will be occupying the homes, please message us and we will request additional funds after the booking is confirmed.

"The time we had here was great as a getaway from our busy life. The only downsides were that there was a fly infestation around the home and inside as well. Additionally, none of the TVs were working/plugged in which put a downfall onto our night. And the pool was dirty."

Guest Access:

Just minutes from the beaches and ocean! You are less than 20 minutes from Texas A&M Corpus Christi, Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Texas State Aquarium, many shops, stores, and great restaurants!

Other Things to Note:
While we strive to provide a space for relaxation and enjoyment, we also uphold a few house rules to ensure the comfort of all our guests and neighbors. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 charge. Parties, events, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and pets are limited to dogs with a required pet fee.
1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside or around the home. Any evidence of smoking (odor, ash, etc.) will result in an automatic $500 damage charge. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside the home. Smoking marijuana in or around the home will incur a $500 fee, and details about the reservation may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors. Violation of quiet hours and disturbance of neighbors will lead to immediate cancellation of your reservation without eligibility for any refunds.
3.PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 via the Airbnb Resolution Center after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard. If any evidence of pet hair on furniture, excessive hair in the home, stains, or waste is found, we reserve the right to retain the pet fee to cover costs associated with additional cleaning or pet damage.
4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.
5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
6. POOL / HOT TUB / DOCK: Guests must adhere to all posted rules regarding the safe use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or dock. By booking this property, guests waive any liability claims against the homeowner or any affiliated property management entity related to the use of these amenities, including loss, damage, injury, or death.
7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.
8. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.
9. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.
10. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.
