AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The open concept and high ceilings allow the sunshine to pour into the main living space, located on the second floor, to take advantage of the views. Cove lighting of the second floor offers ambiance and fun. Relax on the large, sectional sofa, or gather around the oversized kitchen island. The spacious, gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you’ll need. The dining area offers views of Lake Gavin, and the large table is perfect for serving a crowd. Step out onto the spacious, covered veranda to enjoy a beverage or maybe a grilled seafood dinner on the al fresco dining set.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first-floor primary suite features calming blues, with a four-poster king bed, elegant marble vanities, and glass walk-in shower. Plus, you’ll enjoy a large private patio overlooking Lake Gavin and Kiera's pool waterfall edge. Kids will enjoy the first-floor bunk suite that sleeps up to 8, with two sets of twin over queen bunks with two twin trundles. It has plenty of room for games and space for fun movie nights. A private bathroom and large closet accompany the bedroom.

The second floor bedroom offers a queen bed outfitted with sea-inspired bedding. It has a bathroom with a combo bathtub/shower and a private balcony facing the Gulf and open expanse of green in the open field across from the community. An additional sitting area that closes with a large barn door in on the second level too. Perfect for curling up with a good book, it offers a couch that folds out to a queen bed for extra friends to stay. The third-floor tower room offers a full bed and bench lounge for more friends or a "big kid" that doesn't need a bunk bed. A large balcony overlooking the entirety of Lake Gavin and Kiera's Pool also has peeks of the Gulf. You’ll enjoy the stunning, 360-degree views from this beautiful home.

GREAT FEATURES: Tucked around the corner from the kitchen you’ll find an additional full bathroom with a shower. A built in desk off the kitchen offers a work space for business while staying close to family. The large laundry area on the first floor keeps beach towels and resort wear fresh. The fab indoor-outdoor living spaces with amazing views make this a winning choice at Cinnamon Shore--perfect for friends and family.

***NO PETS ALLOWED***
This is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day/night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was great for the 4 of us. Plenty of space and had everything needed to utilize the kitchen. TVs also included AppleTV units, which were great to be able to stream at night. The bottom level (which is where the master bedroom is located) can get warm, even with the AC on, so you'll definitely want to utilize the ceiling fans while sleepig.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and layout of the unit is perfect. However, the house has been neglected over the years and the general maintenance has been forgotten about as well as the quality of the furnishings is poor. Beds are likely original from 13 years ago when house was built and are so soft you sink in like a cartoon (worse beds I have ever slept on for all rooms). They need to be replaced. The bed pillows and linens are rough and poor quality. In addition, the house has broken floor tiles, falling off door handles, broken bed frames, clogged washer drain, broken exterior lights, difficult entry door lock to open/close and generally forgotten about. The house is for sale and it’s clear the current owners didn’t put any money back into the property and ran it into the ground. I have stayed in Cinnamon Shores a few times and I will not be booking this property again with so many other options in the area and many other resort style neighborhoods being built.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is bigger than the pictures let on, which was a huge plus for our party of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids). Plenty of room for the kids to play in the 3rd floor observation tower (which was pleasantly cool for a 3rd floor surrounded by windows in the dead of summer). Kitchen had all the amenities needed to prep meals most nights, and the grill was simple and easy. My favorite feature was the 4 showers available to make the fast transition for 9 people from beach to clean clothing every day. Home also has quick access to fishing, Keira's pool, and the beach just outside the door.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Beyond Paradise! The location is fantastic on a quiet cul-de-sac facing the dunes close to Kierra's pool. You can see the ocean from the tower floor and watch your kiddos fish/swim from the comfort of one of the porches. We had 10 and everyone had enough privacy. The grills and some appliances could use an upgrade, but overall the house was fantastic. Definitely take advantage of the amenities CS provides - kids loved night rides in the golf carts on the beach, the bonfire with s'mores, surf lessons, live music, and more. We can't wait to visit again!

Reviewer Comments: Great week and weather, but we may consider not returning during spring break as we were were surrounded by homes with late night (4AM) parties and loud carts. HOA/PM did a decent job trying to cut it down, but tide was too strong with rowdy college kids. Hope the family community continues, but not worth the $9k in all-in cost for 7 days. Next time will wait for off week. Beautiful convenient location. Home was great for our needs, but the dishwasher and washer were moldy and stinky. Home needs a bit of an update and paint.

We couldnt risk our family. We were so disappointed that Cinnamon Shore Rentals, LLC Company did not want to reimburse our payment.(Only the cleaning and processing fee offerred to be reimbursed) Afterall, this was not our fault and we expected more understanding and flexibility. We are going to pursue with our rights that our payment should be reimbursed to us. I have the letter of Governer and goverment website showing the disastrous conditions. Thanks for understanding.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a fabulous long weekend over Easter in the beautiful community of Cinnamon Shore. This house was perfect for our family - with essentially 2 master bedrooms (one upstairs with a queen size bed and adjoining bath) and one downstairs with a king size bed and attached bath. The bunk room was perfect for the kids - it sleeps 6 comfortably but a 7th can sleep in one of the trundles as well. The open kitchen/dining room sat all 14 of us for Easter brunch between the dining table and adjoining kitchen bar. And the kitchen is stocked with great appliances and all the cookware you could want! We even enjoyed some meals out on the patio where the table seats 6. The best views are from the tower - 360 degrees ocean/bay and pond. The sitting room offered a nice space to relax quietly and read. It was great having a full extra bathroom and spacious laundry room. The outdoor shower has hot water and privacy to rinse off after being at the beach. Wi-fi, satellite TV and movies for the kids were great. I couldn't think of anything else we needed honestly! Though not on the beach it is a very short walk and close to the pool, which was awesome as well.
