1. If you have 4 guests, let us know in advance so we can provide extra linens for the futon. Please note that extra linens are only available with advance notice upon request.
2. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
3. Pool will close on November 1 for the winter. Reopening date is currently unknown.
4. This unit is on the 2nd floor and requires stairs for access.
