"Was not able to stay due to conflict with the way it booked. I accepted responsibility but their sight wouldn’t allow me to correct the difference. I waited for over 1.5 hours with small children. They were arrogant and didn’t have anyone who could communicate with hotels.com to resolve the issue. ..."

"Great modern apartment in old town next to Plaza de Espana. Easy walking everywhere. Tourist office is a few doors down. Great tapas bars close by.Only complaint is the shower has mildew and needs better cleaning!"
