"Everything was very clean (except stovetop) Beds are very comfortable ( except the bunk beds which squeek loudly with someone in the top bunk.) The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, etc, and the appliances are family sized. The view from living, dining and patio areas is fantastic and you can walk across the street to go swimming, paddle board, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay"

"From the initial contact through to check-out, our experience at Parkside Cottage was exceptional. All the little touches were there including fully equipped kitchen with an assortment of staple items supplied, bathroom with plenty of towels, bedrooms with plenty of storage and comfy beds. "The property is designed for the view of the river - and for good reason. It's a beautiful view, while we were there the salmon were leaping and eagles swooped past. Inside the property is nicely decorated with only a few small issues. Outside the property does look a bit shabby but this does not impact on the quality of the stay at all. Not enough hot water for a decent bath and slow communications with the host."

"What a gem! Calm water, crabs everywhere, porpoises out the window. It is a classic Canadian cabin, just like in lake country, except without the mosquitoes but with salmon right outside. We managed to get there in a small open boat (our big one was out of commission) by doing a deal with nearby April Pt Marina."

"The upstairs apartment was very nice. The online listing says entire house but when you book it, it says you get the upstairs. There is no door to the upstairs besides the front door that also services the downstairs unit. This could be a safety issue and not very reasurring at night time. It was very clean and nicely furnished but seems new to short term rentals as kitchen just had basic stuff. The beds are comfortable but the bedding is lacking, needs a top sheet between you and the duvet...

"4 adult siblings and 2 young teenagers fit perfectly in this beautiful suite. Lots of room to lounge, cook, play games, etc. We were lucky enough to have perfect summer weather so spent most of the time on the beach. The hosts checked in often via text to ensure all was well, many thoughtful little touches that you never knew you needed but really appreciated having. Will absolutely stay there again!"

"We three ladies of a certain age wanted a place where we could relax and work on sewing projects. This house fit the bill perfectly. Very clean, comfortable and with every modern appliance that one could want. The view was spectacular and it was just warm enough to sit on the deck for happy hour. We loved it! Thank you, Jennifer. "This is an absolute beautiful spot on the river. Our 3 night stay was wonderful especially the bear watching as well as all the other birds and fish visible from your living room windows. The first day we had a mother bear and 3 cubs come down to the other side of the river to eat some salmon that were swimming in the water. The beds were very comfortable and it was really nice having a sink and toilet off of the master bedroom. This unit is on the top floor which was fine for us however...

"Perfect place for a small family. Well equipped and clean; almost too spacious. Excellent wifi with unlimited devices permitted. The resident cat host was super friendly and sat with us through dinner. The place is next to a small forest backing into a creek. We got lucky and a small bear paid visit one morning. Highly recommend for a family looking for a relax holiday. "

"The Beach House exceeded all expectations. The only problem with it was that I had to leave:) It’s set right on one of the most beautiful spots on the lagoon, the host Melissa is absolutely amazing and the decor, atmosphere even housewares are spectacular. To add to my delight, the property being so private was also fenced in so I had the door open for my dogs to enjoy the property as well. Hands down the most incredible place I have ever stayed at. Thank you!!"

"You cannot beat the views here. I opted for a room on the third floor and we had great views of the river. Much time was spent watching fisherman and seals! We were very comfortable and had everything we could need for a three night stay."
