Sweet fragrant lavender, rosemary and thyme fill the air, find a comfy corner to sit and absorb the beauty around you and the serenade of birdsong day and night . In the summer months soak up the sun or enjoy the large pool. The facade of this three-story ancient watermill is built from the local sandstone, ‘Pietra Serena’ with it's soft ochres and greys. Lovingly kept, the villa retains its rustic charm.

The pool is up above the house in a very private garden with a jasmine and vine gazebo and surrounded by hedges and cypress trees. There is a front garden and another grassy area under a shady tree where you can also eat outside.
Louise the owner is a registered Italian tour guide who can organise tailor made visits to vineyards, wine tasting, olive Mills, towns and villages in southern Tuscany and Umbria as well as yoga, painting, cooking and Italian lessons, to make you stay an amazing experience.
