Vilmaro, a master bricklayer. He has converted to a little country house in nineteenth-century.
The apartement is ideal for little families and couples who love spending an holiday in a countryside and touristic locality of Tuscany.
The structure was built on the bottom of the hill of Cortona, in the heart of countryside.
The apartement has got two floors. On the ground floor, a bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed. One has a single bed, another one has a double bed. The bed places are five in total. A gazebo with a table for eating and a barbecue. The place is ideal for children because of the big garden and of the pool.

Quiet private friendly
The house was neatly kept and quiet. Cortana was visible on the hill. Marzi was friendly and helpful in meeting our needs The down side was a pot holed rural road to get here and cool living room temperatures the first few days as it took the masonry walls time to warm up in the cool March temperatures.

Gâchées, par une annonce fallacieuse qui a obligé nos amis à dormir dans une petite salle de sejour - cuisine transformée en chambre ! Et nous , autre couple , à les déranger pendant la nuit , pour aller aux toilettes! Je tiens aussi a dire que la salle de bain dans laquelle était les toilettes se resumait à un réduit situé sous l'escalier !! Cette petite maison convient pour un couple jeune avec un enfant

Der perfekte Urlaub
wir würden herzlichen begrüßt und in das liebevoll eingerichtet Haus geführt. Es wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Die Unterkunft ist eine von mehreren Unterkünften auf dem großen Gelände. Wirkt innen dunkel, und das Bad ist sehr klein. Zu empfehlen bei schönem Wetter da man dann draußen die Mahlzeiten einnehmen kann. Die Vermieter sind absolut Top.

Posizione strategica.
Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Sono vecchie costruzioni di campagna di varie dimensioni, ben ristrutturate mantenendo, almeno per quella abitata da me, la disposizione e la struttura originaria. Ne consegue che, specialmente per il bagno, al piano terra, gli spazi sono molto piccoli. Per esempio il bidet è posizionato in modo tale che diventa molto difficile sedersi e la doccia ha la tenda. Certo che magari qualche accortezza può essere migliorata. Tipo il getto doccia molto alto, che spruzza dappertutto e che prima di regolarlo ti ustioni o geli. Non viene fornita nessuna dotazione di cortesia ne in bagno ne in cucina, neppure per il giorno di arrivo. (sapone, shampoo, te,caffè, zucchero , spezie olio e aceto) Posto isolato molto tranquillo e silenzioso. Difficoltà di arrivare a destinazione. Forse una freccia nella strada asfaltata , che indirizzi alla struttura, sarebbe necessaria. Molto incostante la connessione Wi-Fi, scarsa o nulla al piano terra, discreta al primo piano. Io sono stato ad aprile, la stagione si era già aperta, ma pensò che sia veramente godibile , specialmente l’esterno, nei mesi estivi. Giudizio complessivo positivo.
